Miriam's favorite hat

Miriam has to wear a hat for the next year while her skin heals. This is her favorite right now. Props go to the Kyme family for the gift.

Dear Uncle Aaron,
We played a game at Star Pizza tonight. I am potty trained. We got the part to fix my computer. We have jelly in the house. We've got a future.

Will you please post a picture of Gwen smiling at us? And one on a bike.

Miriam is looking much better. She pulled the pot over on her face and she burned herself and she got medicine.

Tell Miriam that she has a Nemo fish on her shirt.

Uncle Aaron plays silly things. He does somersaults on the floor. He sticks out his tongue. I'm crazy like Uncle Aaron.

Aunt Susan and Uncle Aaron are silly. They stick out their tongues. [are you done sticking out your tongue?]

Michelle and Sarah are silly. Miriam and Gwendolyn tried to do that crazy thing. You noticed that I was a little baby that I pulled down the pot and burned myself. [No, you didn't.] Yes, I did. I put a carrot in the pool and got water on it. When I was a little baby, I was in the pool and I dived like that.

There is a future in our house. There's a future in our house. [what is a future?] A round circle like a baseball but it is not. It has a tiny oval and it lights up and lights down, up and down, up and down.

There is an alarm in our house and it will say beep, ba-beep, beep, beep if a camel comes in the house and I will show a gun at him and shoot him. I will go to Riley's house and get a squirt gun and fill it up with water and shoot the camel.

Can you make a future? Can you find Aunt Susan dancing? [Maybe later] Can we see something else? Can we see some pictures? [How about if you go over to Daddy's computer and listen to Ring Ring Ring Banana Phone? Does that sound good] Let's go on Daddy's computer!

XOXOXO. DD.

Just stumbled upon you blog today...

I am happy to see that Miriam is healing well. It is scary how something so simple can hurt someone so badly, and for so long. It is amazing that so many people escape childhood without doing that sort of thing once a year.

Anyways, I hope Miriam continues to heal well, and keep up the good blogging.
